The Indian legal requirements of the Indian Aircraft Rules 1937 under the purview of United Nations, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) requires that all persons involved in the preparation ,storage, carriage and handling of dangerous goods and radioactive material must have appropriate training. The amount of training required depends on the tasks undertaken. Out of the seven institutes in India, Speedwings Aviation Academy is the only IATA and DGCA (Govt. of India) Accredited Training School (ATS) in Kerala to conduct and certify all the 12 categories of DG training programs.
